Best Indian Low Calorie & Healthy Breakfast Recipes | Fat to Fab

Today I want to share some healthy breakfast recipes ideas with you which you prefer to cook on Sunday's morning. 

That is- Palak ka Saag with Multi grain roti. 

Spinach----------- Health Benefits of Spinach. Low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese. 

Multi Grain Roti- I personally prefer Roti or bread from Besan(Gram Flour), Joo, Jawar and Raggi. These flour very helpful in weight loss. 

I am not using Wheat flour from past 8 month.
