I am not doing any exercise from past 2 months but still I am able to manage my weight, because I am very particular about my diet. 

If you understand healthy lifestyle management, than you will surely able to maintain your IDEAL weight always. 

After so much of struggle in weight loss, Whatever I have achieve I will share everything with you all in my upcoming videos. 

First tip- I use to maintain my diary everyday. 
This thing helps me a lot in my weight balance, because end of the day, I know each and everything about my food. 

Second Tip- Eating wrong food at Right time. 
I am also normal girl and I love food, I prefer everything from home made, but some how I eat junk food one time in a month, for that I would prefer to eat that in morning or in afternoon, so that it can easily digest in my tummy and not give me any fat. 

Third tip:- SAY NO TO ANY SODA. 
Guys if you want to lose weight make sure, you say no to any type of SODA, there is lots of drinks available in the market with the tags of healthy drink but these drinks filled with calories, if you want to maintain your weight, you should always says no to soda. 

Tip 4- Maintain heavy meal:- 
If you had great good and big dinner in night than you should make sure to replace your next day meal with salad, fat cutter food, like pineapple, papaya, green tea, because you have to maintain your food by yourself only.

Tip 5- Food Check list
You should know what food suits your tummy and your blood group, Like I have all options related to food, what type of food give me weight gain and from what type of food, I am loosing weight. 
This thing is possible when you maintain proper dairy and check your weight regularly.
