Best Juice Recipe for Healthy & Glowing Skin


Today I want to share with you all a very healthy and effective juice recipe for healthy and glowing skin, this drink will improve your complexion and gives you a flawless glow. 

But those who want to lose weight, don't try this because it contains red carrot, which is naturally sugary and contain lots of calories. 

I drink this juice once time in a week and its results are amazing and wonderful. 

Ingredients are:- 

1. Ghiya or bottle gourd juice
Since lauki juice internally cleanses your system, it helps to promote good skin by keeping pimples away and by balancing the secretion of oil.

2. Red Carrots:- Red carrots are full of biotin and dietary fiber, potassium, vitamins K, B1, B6, B2, C and E along with copper. 

But it contains natural sugar so it can gives you weight gain. 

3. Apple Juice:- Apple juice delay in aging process, it is rich in anti oxidants, and boosts the capability of your skin to fight agents which block the pores. 

Drinking apple juice will gives you a radiant and flawless glow. 

4. Tomato:- Tomato juice for skin has a lot of benefits. It helps in getting rid of tanning, counters discoloration of skin, helps in treating and preventing acne, shrinks open pores and regulates secretion of sebum in oily skin. 

Best time to take this drink is till 3:00PM.
