What is green coffee bean extract?
Green coffee bean extract comes from coffee beans that haven’t been roasted. Coffee beans contain compounds known as chlorogenic acids. These compounds are believed to have antioxidant activities, help lower blood pressure, and help you lose weight. When coffee is roasted, its chlorogenic acid content is greatly reduced. This is why drinking coffee is not thought to have the same weight-loss effects produced by the unroasted beans.

This coffee is so good for PCOD and PCOS patient because it reduce sugar and glucose level from body.

When to take this coffee? 
After one hour of your heavy in a day.

Add green coffee in a day and you will feel light and fresh.

This green tea helps me to reduce my weight without any gym and diet, from past 2.5 months I am not doing any gym or dieting, because I want to maintain my weight, but I added lots of drink like cumin and carom drink, detox tea and many other thing but I use green coffee in a day after my heavy breakfast, and results is I lost 3 Kgs in 2.5 months.
