Today's video is related to 3 Chutney Recipes For Weight Loss Fast in Hindi How to Make Chutney Fat to Fab.
You can use these chutney in lunch or in breakfast, I personally have them with multi grain chapati, dalia, sandwich and brown rice.
1. Green chutney:-
Ingredients are:-
* 75grms Coriander leaves
* 25grms Mint leaves
* half Raw mango
*One onion
* 2 green chilli
blend all together and its ready I am not adding salt.. whenever you have it.. than you can add salt.
2. Ginger and chilli chutney:-
Ingredients are:-
*Half cup of ginger
* 3 green chilli
* one tomato
* half raw mango
Grind all of them together and its ready.
3. Salsa chutney:-
* 3 salad tomatoes
* chopped green chilli one
* Chopped white onions
*chopped coriander leaves
First grind Tomatoes with 3 spoon of lemon juice than make a puree paste and than add chopped onions, green chilli and coriander leaves.
