Breakfast:- Besan Chilla, Multigrain chapati or barley dalia along with below mentioned vegetables. 

Below are the list of vegetable which you have to eat:- 

Petha (Pumpkin)
Baingan (Brinjal)
Lauki (Bottle gourd)
Karela (Bitter Gourd)
Patta Gobhi (Cabbage)
Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
Phool Gobi (Cauliflower)
Beans (French Beans)
Boil Aloo (Boil Potato)
Palak (Spinach)
Tomato
Onions
Garlic
Ginger
orange carrot
Green Beans 

Mid day breakfast:- Kiwi or one mausambi

Lunch:- Vegetable salad 

evening Tea:- with makhane and some almonds

Dinner:- Fruits or 2 egg white with tomato salad or pineapple or papaya.
