Start your day with neem patta have 10 to 20 neem patta with warm water

After 45 mints have 4 almonds and 4 walnuts 

Breakfast for PCOD patients:- Almond milk, almond milk smoothies, cold coffee

LUNCH:- Veg salad on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday :- Fruit salad:- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
