We all have busy schedule we can't take of time for all the activities.

Have two glass of warm water every day and you will be able to reduce upto 5kgs in a month. Yes it is true.
Warm water is very good for burn fat and its really helpful in fat melt.
Weight loss start when body start melting a fat and we all need some heat for body fat melt, some of us do workout and some of us not, but warm water actually burn fat from your entire body.

- Start your day with sip sip hot water and than go for fresh.
- Have hot water after your lunch, not after your dinner.
